Last updated: 23 April 2026

This privacy policy explains how RevoStudio (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information about you when you visit revostudio.co.uk or engage us for branding, web design, e-commerce or SEO services.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy has been written in plain English so you can actually understand what we do with your data.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, email us at the address above.

This is collected via cookies and similar technologies — see section 8.

Information from third parties

If you engage us for a project, we may receive information from platforms we use to deliver that work (for example, hosting dashboards, domain registrars or analytics accounts you give us access to). We only use this access for the work you’ve hired us to do.

All of our processors are bound by contract to handle your data securely and only on our instructions.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK (most commonly in the EU or the US). Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards under UK GDPR — typically the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.

If you want a copy of the specific safeguard used for any transfer, email us.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our website
  • Access controls on our internal systems and client files
  • Two-factor authentication on key accounts
  • Regular backups and security updates
  • Staff training on data handling

No system is 100% secure, but if a breach did happen we’d notify the ICO and affected individuals where required by law.

10. Children’s data

Our services are aimed at businesses, not children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has provided us with information, email us and we’ll delete it.

11. Links to other websites

Our site links to third-party sites (our portfolio work, social media, etc.). We’re not responsible for their privacy practices. Check their privacy policies before sharing personal data with them.
